I am elated to announce that I have been invited to join the British Beauty Council. I have worked tirelessly and often met with bizarre obstacles in my career, but I am pretty good at my job and grateful to be recognised not only for my work building my own brand, but my behind the scenes efforts at making the industry more inclusive. We have a lot of work to do but I am excited.
